Beautiful property, clean. Staff were very friendly. Nice restaurant and bar. Loved the close proximity to Neyland and Thompson Boling arena

Cumberland House Knoxville was a nice spot for our overnight. Lobby appeared very clean and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, room could have been cleaned better (food wrappers in garbage can, tags from clothing on floor, stains on rug). Carpet needs a good cleaning as it has a few very visible stains. Bathroom was pretty clean, shower pressure was excellent, broken tile in shower should be fixed, bathroom door had loud squeak (in need of wd40!). Food/drinks in restaurant was good. Bar area very nice! Overall, very nice hotel! Would stay again!

staff was a bit unpersonable and the next morning some lady was yelling go trump in the lobby which was a little uncomfortable.

Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s disability as well as her service dog. Polite and friendly every time we stay

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. There was a small market downstairs for snacks, drinks and necessities, and a restaurant and bar. We had breakfast before we headed out and it was delicious. Super close and convenient walking distance to downtown area and UT campus.
