Very comfortable and clean. Weve stayed here several times. The only downside is and its a very small one is the standard of the jams and preserves at breakfast. They no longer provide Tiptree, but instead it comes in a dispenser and resembles fruit puree.

I had booked a wake-up call for 7:00am. There was no call at all. Poor service.

The bed was super comfortable and the location is amazing right next to the museums. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and there was good value for money. The heating in the bathroom was perfect for a hot shower after a long and cold day, especially the floor heating.
My only comment is that there were stains on the bedsheets and the bathroom was dusty once we checked in. Also the pool area has a daily charge and was incredibly small and crowded which was disappointing. The concierge was not able to help us reserve at the spa and when we went there to book, the receptionist was unhelpful and told us he couldn’t help us as we had to call another number directly and as my phone was not roaming, we didn’t end up booking.
Also we couldn’t sit where we wanted at breakfast, even though there were some seats that were empty but the waiter told us that those tables had been cleaned and that we can’t use them. We wanted to sit my the sunshine next to the window but instead we’re sat in the corner. Regardless it’s a nice hotel and I would stay again.

Very nice ‘traditional’ hotel in excellent location for museums and shopping

Location, Friendly, good breakfast and clean spacious room, sports club is somewhat restrictive re hours avsilable and for additional cost comparable with most urban sports clubs

Excellent stay- only issue with Expedia is misleading VIP bonus; states free drink pp per room, but it’s actually one drink per room per stay. Also, there isn’t a free fitness room as advertised; have to pay to use facility in adjacent building. When looking for a hotel, gym was important and I entered that in my filters. Just something to be aware of.
