"It is centrally located, well kept and well maintained. The front desk staffs say all the right things but they is no warmth. They look like they couldn't be bothered. Other staffs were exceptional. Tree triming at 8is am on Saturday right outside the room was unacceptable for this type of hotel."

"Wonderful heritage property. Located perfectly near all restaurants and shopping. Two suggestion that would make it better. Knowledge / instructions by front desk for where to park during limited posted daytime parking hours. A small refrigerator in room would be nice. "

"This is probably the best hotel we have found for mineral hot springs. There is a hot pool (102-104 degrees), a warm pool (98 - 100 degrees) and a swimming pool that was also quite warm (90 degrees when I was there) The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because the front door to the room is a glass door and yes, there is a curtain that spans across the door for privacy, but it’s not really possible to use the door and have the curtain there at the same time. "We like the Double Tree by Hilton in Rohnert Park. It is convenient as we were going to the Graton Casino. The room is good size. The hotel is nice and we enjoyed our day although it was only for one night. There is an $18 charge for parking."
