"Doma Zagreb was clean, quiet and was a wonderful room. Has little kitchenette. The owner was terrific with hospitality and communication. Walking distance to square and restaurants. A few stairs to get to room but doable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The apartments are centrally located to so many things! The tram runs right past the front of the building too. The only drawback for us was the number of stairs as my elderly mother traveled with us and we had to carry her luggage up. "

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "

"The name states it all. This was luxury both due to the apartment and the location. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is perfect with everything being within walking distance. Definitely recommended for a visit to Zagreb."

"It was a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay there again. It was close to everything and very easy access to restaurants."

"So much care had been taken to make the apartment comfortable. Excellent high quality bed, sofabed and bedding. Kitchen is enough to heat meals and make breakfasts. Dishwasher and washing machine small but very useful. There is a laundry downstairs if you want to do bigger loads. Local area is perfect for Museums , shops and restaurants. You couldnt ask for more. "

By calling the owner directly they provided the information directly. The next day we received the email with entry details from Hotel.com. We had problems with wifi but owners sorted it out. "Property was perfect we walked everywhere ,restaurants were in abundance . The apartment was great size plenty of room for us . It was an enjoyable couple of days . Would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and it was a comfortable and welcoming space to relax...

"This is a great hotel and the staff are lovely! Trying to access the lobby for check in was difficult with the streetcars and traffic out in front…very intimidating for foreigners. Once the parking is located, it is easy and safe to get to the hotel and to your room. Directions to the underground parking should be emphasized. "
