"The hotel was clean. The staff was very kind. The hotel is beautiful. There were a couple of games in the lobby that my daughter loved playing. The views from the tower are very nice. The location is great, right next to a mall and a train station - easy, fast access to downtown."

"My apartment was small but perfect for solo travelling. Everything i needed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, kettle, bed, tv, safe, hanging rail for clothing, even had a hairdryer tucked away although not something i use. Was clean and warm. "We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."
