It's a budget hotel and my reviews were based on their 2-star rating. Nothing can be found lacking in the room. Eateries and a largish AEON shopping centre are all within walking distance. The only negative was that the hotel cleaners did not replace the torn (~5 cm) quilt/doona cover that I brought to their attention.

the hotel lobby looks modern bright and pleasing when you walked in. It has free basement parking lot for our car to be parked safely. Hotel has a door that links to the bridge to get you across to the popular shopping mall. However, it caused so much traffic jam in and around the area during the evenings. Overall, the hotel room looked nice with the standard basic toiletries provided. We would like to stay there again on our next visit.

Generally satisfied with our stay. Clean and good bed and pillow. The only gripe is the AC noise, even in quiet mode it's still noisy.

Should change the pillows as it's too firm causing neck pain the next morning. Overall, great location.

I highly recommend The Canvas for those staying in Klang. It's conveniently located near Bukit Tinggi mall, which contains many convenient stores, restaurants and services. The hotel is very clean and well-serviced by the housekeeping and reception staff, and the rooms are nicely designed.
