Value for money.

Pros: Cheap rates, strategic location to Port Kelang
Location: Fast food restaurant available, Chinese eatery shops nearby, convenience stores nearby, banks nearby
Car parking coupon required, got hot & cold water shower, local TV channels plus HBO, alright for business trips, bring along own toiletries, hotel provides towels & soap only
