Standard has dropped a lot. The carpet is dirty and was also in one section of the room. Poor maintenance

Hello,
Last week, we booked the Superior Triple Room. The front desk staff was so friendly, and greet us well. After that we check-in the room. Satisfied with the room, so spacious.
But, the moment we entered the room, it have that unpleasant smell, probably from the carpet. Then, we checked the bathroom/toilet. It has cigarette smell, even tough we asked for no smoking room. Also, one plug is not functioning on the right side of the queen bed (below air-cond regulator).
Other than that, we are very happy and enjoyed our stay.

I booked executive floors to have a pleasant stay in their executive lounges, but it was closed due to no customer. So it was waste of money to book at executive floor.

The hotel is clean but the service is very poor for a tourist. We could not get any information from the front desk or concierge about what to see or do in Klang and the surroundings. No tourist info, no maps to help.
Looks like a hotel for business people only. Fortunately being a resident of Klang in the 1950's I can remember some of the places of interest but for my daughter from Germany this was a real disappointment.
