Our room smelled like wet dog the entire stay.. Wallpaper was unraveling throughout the room, grout in bathrooms were definitely dirty, headboard in our room was scratched and not in good shape. Overall, staff was good but the room could have been much better if they’re trying to compete with a resort like Sunriver for instance. The property itself was dead, no stores except the convenience market was open. Overall probably wouldn’t come back.

We take the concerns of our guest seriously and I have personally inspected the room. While we do not have wallpaper in our rooms we did identify an area in the shower area which has been repaired. Everything was just as it said it was... So Beautiful, rooms are spacious and quiet! The hot tub was open late so we could enjoy it longer... The Staff was so nice and friendly, would reccomemd..
