Staff was courtesy and helpful. Property was well maintained and close to the Christmas Market.

A modern hotel in the old city of Klagenfurt. There was a sporting competition going on and some of the families were staying at the hotel which made it fun. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good. The carpet in the room was not clean there was a lot of hair everywhere.
