Very good location

Very good value for money at the price I paid. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with modern trimmings.

We booked junior suites type but once we checked in, our room was downgraded to be studio type...or maybe it was because we checked 1 hour 30 minutes before? Amenities, room cleanliness, staff friendliness and so on are fine in a sense of meeting our expectation but hopefully downgrading room type should not ever happen to anyone :D this is a must-improve

I followed everything according to your confirmed bookinng.
you booked Jr.studio but Jr.studio fully booked. I upgraded your room to studio type which it was higher price and bigger. I already explained while you're checking in.
May be misunderstand that you were downgraded
so sorry what we have done causing you were not satisfied.
