"Not too easy to check-in, I had trouble finding the keys to the apartment as I had to walk around the building with my luggage to get the keys hidden in a little safe behind a door. Otherwise, owner replies quickly to questions, but doesn’t speak English so communication was hard via phone but easier with text messages. The location is nice, quite a walk from prague city center. "Two things stopped me from giving it full marks and those were: no a\c and no comfy chairs. When I arrived at the hotel and met with one of the receptionists, Vavara, she was very very helpful. Nothing was too much for her, in fact, I relied on the reception staff quite a lot at first on where to get trams, metros etc. The first night I had to go to the local Potraviny to pick up some milk etc. I got lost and went back to reception where she showed me how to get out of the back of the hotel...

"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "
