"We stayed here as a group of 5 guys. The check in process was very smooth and everything in the room was very clean and modern. We booked the option with 2 beds in a bedroom and 3 Japanese floor mattresses in the living room. We knew it would be a small room and tight fit, but we were all still very comfortable. If you need more room to spread out, I would recommend getting a bigger room. We would definitely come back! Great price and location as well"

"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. There are also subway lines about a 5 minute walk away and a Family Mart just a couple steps away. It is also very easy to have luggage transported to and from the hotel. "I loved staying at this property! It had so many amazing amenities in addition to the onsen like the free late night ramen, all day ice cream, and morning yogurt drinks! There was a wide spread of items at the breakfast buffet for a great price. The tatami mat feature throughout the hotel was also so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel next time!"

"This is the second time I stay in this hotel. I love their rainfall shower head. It’s so nice! I also take hot baths in the tub. Ofuro is great! They have a great lounge. They have a lively roster of activities, though I’ve always been busy to participate. I’ve chosen to have their breakfast both times. Totally worth it! They have healthy options. I love their eggs with the salmon salad. Delicious! The hotel smells very nice. They pay special attention to it. I always find it very relaxing. All the staff have always been very helpful and polite. The hotel is right next door to the Kitahama Metro station and there is a taxi stand right in front. I hope to come back!"
