I was given a room below the gym which was terrible as there was banging noise from 6am onwards. Also the hotel didn’t have hot water which is sun optimal for a business hotel. Substandard hotel, do not stay.

Unfortunately the showers never had hot water. Staff were not good at communication. Breakfast was less than adequate, but location was great. Hotel needs upgrading

Convenient location in the city. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Good practice of protocol re: COVID-19 restrictions. Highly accommodating to needs of hotel guests.

Downtown comfort
Posted 23 Dec 2019 on HotelsThis hotel staff here are very proud of their hotel (now the Onomo brand) and were responsive to our queries which were very few. It is conveniently located in downtown, close to many banks and other major institutions allowing for easy movement. Excellent Gym; Pool is small but clean. Our only issue was the internet per device which frustrated us from time to time as we logged in after a long drive from Nairobi unaware of the rules, which was frustrating. Good breakfast spread. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Good value for money.
