We were in a middle apartment with people both above and below us as well as either side of us. The sound insulation wasn’t great and the people on one side in particular were very noisy. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour.
