Lovely hotel just by Kitzbuhel train station. The staff were brilliant - attentive and friendly. Excellent range of food for breakfast and a good dinner menu.

excellent location - you can rent skis at element3 and leave skis there. hotel has a shuttle to take you to and from (doesnt run timely, so there is a bus you can also catch). perfect if you want to go to dinner in a town near by - take the public transport thats just outside the door. couldnt be easier to arrive from munich airport via public trans. great breakfast. need to upgrade pillows theyre like a pancake. the bar with the fireplace is so cozy. would definitely return!

nice, quiet

We booked a half-board reservation, so we enjoyed dinner (good, not great) and breakfast (very good). Staff was universally friendly and helpful. Property was slightly removed from the highlights of Ktzbuhel, but a short, pleasant walk along the river to the heart of town. The hotel encourages a relaxed, spa setting. That includes, I guess, wifi only in public areas and very subdued lighting in rooms. We adjusted to the former; the latter was occasionally problematic. If relevant, the hotel is very close to the train station.

The only mistake we made was not picking a bigger room. We had a tiny room on the top floor but the shower was too short for my husband. There was not a lot of space to put our luggage. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent and full of vegan options. So is the dinner salad buffet. Well done on that. There is a number of limited car parks outside the hotel, so we had to pay 13 euros per night for underground car park. I wish I had known this in advance. The entrance to the the underground car park is very narrow. Despite the fact that the hotel is next to the station, we did not hear any noise and slept really well. Walking distance to some hikes, and Kitzbuhel town centre. Good location and friendly hotel.

Great location right next to the train station but still not a bad walk into town to check out downtown Kitzbhuel. The room was fine. Great breakfast buffet included.

Highly recommend. Situated right next to the train station. You walk out and zips you right up to KitzSki. Short 5 minute walk to the heart of Kitzbuel. Amazing restaurant.

We visited the resort as part of our wedding anniversary combined with family holidays. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are big and minimal but with traditional characteristics. All the staff is friendly and welcoming, always trying to please our needs. The breakfast is abundant with many options. My favourite were the selection of bread and cheese. The dinner (we went for half board) was very tasty but I would appreciate bigger portions in the main course. The meat/fish quantities served are too small for Austrian standards. The spa facilities are very nice as well, but an addition of an indoor pool and a whirlpool would be nice too. I would choose the hotel again for my stay but I would probably only have the breakfast and not the dinner as for the portions didn't probably worth the money compared to the restaurants in Kitzbuhel.
