"Very nice lobby and breakfast. Close to central walking area. The area around the back of our room, and the guests below our room, were very loud into the night. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am. Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining). "

"This is a large and very comfortable hotel in the traditional style but much enlarged over the years. The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. The room was large and comfortable and the extensive spa facilities were outstanding. Breakfast and Dinner were a highlight - some of the best we have found in Austria.
