We stay here Several times a year as we have family in Kitimat. The phone rang at 10:59 nine with a reminder that check out is at 11. We were actually just leaving the room.
Never had that before in a hotel!!
Thank you for the reminder to check out and I won’t be checking back in!

M Star is a great, clean, and friendly hotel that is right next to Kitimat Mall and variety of other amenities including fast foods restaurants, sit-in restaurants, a pharmacy, and boutiques.
