Nice place well kept. Kitchen needed a few larger bowls for snacks or mixing up stuff.

We do have Brand Standards that are set by Hilton in which we are required to have in our suites, but I will talk with our Executive Housekeeper to see if maybe we can add this to a list of "extras" that we keep if guests ask for something! There were mice scurrying around in the walls in our King Suite which kept us awake at night. Complained to management in the morning and they said that they have a rhodent control company that does work for them which says something for the facility. He assured that he would call them. He didn't offer an apology or any discount. We will not be returning.

There seems to be a bit of miscommunication about the pest control company. When you were speaking with our front office manager, she said how we work with a pest control company as a preventative measure to ensure we don't run into a problem, and when we get any kind of complaints, we do follow up with them for them to do there thing to get the root of any problem that a guest brings to our attention to ensure nothing comes of a bigger issue. I am wondering if perhaps it was the pipes in the walls that were making the noise, as guests who tend to be a light sleepers, say they sometimes can hear the water running through the pipes? I'm sorry we won't be welcoming you back to the hotel but do hope you would be willing to give us another try.Missy ThompsonOperations Supervisor

Exercise facilities are super. Pool is warm and clean. Staff says hi. Desk agent is warm and helpful. I look Fwd to staying here. Aways a busy hotel.

With being an all-suites hotel, our guest rooms are larger than the average hotel room, so there is plenty of space for kids, and some room types and 2 or 3 tvs, so there's not fighting on what to watch on tv!
