Very upset that the hot tub was closers and the pool was freezing. This was suppose to be the highlight of our stay. We were very disappointed. I wish the hotel staff would have told us the pool heater has been broken for 2 weeks. This would have made us choose a different hotel.

No extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom. There was only two bath towels. The morning breakfast the eggs were always cold 3 days. The parking lot where i parked had a plie of cigarette but that were not cleaned up the entire time.

This was our first time staying here at the Hampton and upon entering it was vert nice, clean and modern. We only stayed the one night as we were visiting family for Christmas Eve and Day. It was very easy to find, away from the main drag so very quiet and the price was the best we found for that date in all the hotels in Guelph so we will definitely stay there again next year if they keep there prices reasonable. A free buneakfast was available as well, but we didn’t take part in that although it did smell very good. Thank you Hampton for a lovely stay!
