The property is clean and the space is large. The only bad thing about this place is the check-in procedures. Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. The email arrive at 6pm on the day I check-in, after I reach out many time and through email, their offical website and Expedia. Take your risk when consider this place.

무인 호텔이라 사전 소통이 중요했는데 정작 체크인 정보 메일이 안와서 한동안 밖에서 연락도 못하고 있다가 한두시간 지난 뒤에 다른 투숙객이 들어와서 겨우 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 하지만 무인 운영으로 문의는 불가능했고, 로비에 있는 패드로 연락하였으나 받자마자 끊기를 여러번 반복해서 체크인에만 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 분명 대부분은 편하게 잘 있다 가셨겠지만 저는 정작 그러지 못했네요. 주차공간 세곳은 장기 투숙하시는 분들이 하루종일 놔두셔서 전혀 이용할 수 없었습니다. 식당같은 곳은 코인 주차장 이용시에는 그 금액을 돌려줬는데 이곳은 문의할 수도 없었구요. 룸도 컨디션 좋고 위치도 좋았지만 세상 어려운 체크인이 아쉬웠습니다.

I hope the hotel can be more eco-friendly. There is truly zero need to air condition the enclosed corridors 24/7. We only stay in the lobby for at most a minute and leave. It is such a waste of electricity :( The hotel can consider using the fan circulation mode instead of the heating mode. There is one Air Conditioner on every floor (3 floors, so 3 units in total hurting the Earth). As a tourist we do not need this additional comfort. The room A/C would do. Free parking, but only 3 spots so first come first served. Please be more eco friendly!

Great hotel

Checking in was really easy once we found the right hotel. There are three of the same company hotels within a few blocks of each other. The address that was sent to us was the wrong hotel. Thankfully a kind person walking by was able to help translate for us that we were in the wrong place. Room is nice and spacious. 4 full size beds, refrigerator with a freezer. Awesome shower head. The only down side is there was no info given on the wifi. We just made due as we only spent the evenings in the room and I logged into Netflix on the tv. Over all was very clean and very nice. The spot is very close to the downtown area but not a lot was open passed 1800.

And we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi. There is Wi-Fi in all rooms at Grand Base, but it seems that it was not displaying properly. We are still in our infancy, but we will continue to work on improving it so that everyone can have a comfortable stay. We hope you will have the chance to stay with us again.
