Room was a little bigger than l was expecting. Comfortable bed. Very short walk from train station.

Very clean, nice view, perfect size room for a single traveler.
Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast options weren't great, but it was free.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from train station. Staff is okay. Not as polite as other Japanese hotels.
Check in is very busy and long line up. Same as breakfast.
Room size is good and very comfortable. Room is clean and quiet.

Okayama friendly hotel.
Posted 28 Apr 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is very convenient for travelers who use the railways as their mode of transport. The rooms are well maintained and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK depending on what time you got there. On the whole I would recommend the Toyoko hotels.

The hotel has all basic facilities we need and the room is not too small. The breakfast is good. Good location a short walk to Okayama station but the down side is you can still hear the trains passing though not too loud

Very budget conscious hotel. Felt more like a hostel. Self serve check-in. Older property, but clean. Mattress very hard, yet I still slept well. Breakfast in the morning was pretty substantial. If on a budget, it's fine; pay an extra $30-40 per night and there is a huge difference in accommodations.
