This was, arguably, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Although one of the staff who spoke English was friendly and helpful, the place is a complete dump. Dust and hair all over the carpet, stains on the walls but the worst was the bed ... the mattress felt broken and I could not stop itching and scratching all night. I will attach some photos which I took, if Wotif.com allows me to upload them.

Awesome shampoo bar in lobby! Includes fancy liquid soaps and facial wash too.
Only problem was that on check-in I found that some empty drink cans used by a previous guest had not been thrown away.

This time, I'm very pleased to receive compliments on the service side of the shampoo bar. I am not satisfied with this and will continue to pursue every day with the aim of further improving the service.
However, in terms of cleaning, I am very sorry for letting customers make me feel uncomfortable.

Great room for 1 night
