Amazing location. Great staff, super friendly. Extremely easy and quick check in and check out processes.

Can’t beat the location. Walk out the front doors to numerous subway entrances. The area is less touristy as other spots in Osaka so got better prices on food and beer in comparison to the overloaded tourist locations. Surrounded by bars and restaurants

There are pros and cons about this hotel. My family and I stayed for 4nights in this hotel.
Pros:
Subway connection just right next to the hotel but still need to walk around 5mins to the nearest subway.
Loads of restaurants and shops around you.
Great smiles and greetings from the staffs
Cons:
No selection of pillows available….
No water bottle offer for free…
No hair brush….
Very noisy when other people talking in the corridor…
Traffic noise is loud even I was in the highest floor….

Thank you very much for using Via Inn Umeda.How about a stay in Osaka?We would also like to thank you for your compliments regarding our location and customer service.As you said, our hotel is located in the Hankyu Higashi-dori shopping street, and there are many restaurants and commercial facilities in the surrounding area.It also has good access from various lines, and is located within a 10-minute walk.However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the pillows and noise.Regarding pillows, although the number is limited, soft pillows can be rented at the front desk.Regarding noise, since it is located in a shopping district, it is impossible to avoid noise from outside.If there is a room available on that day, you may be able to change rooms.If you have any concerns, please contact the front desk.Last but not least, thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to post a review.We look forward to your next visit.

Located near exit of subway station.
Room is quite small. No razer or comb provided. Surrounding neighbourhood are mostly night establishments.
