I didn’t like when we were checking out a staff member called the room offering a gift from the hotel but neglected to tell me that my husband had to be there too, which he wasn’t even on the reservation. So, they made me listen and then waited till the end of the call to tell me. Also, no pool towels at the pool areas. The shower was difficult to turn off. Otherwise, it was a great experience for the money paid.
