The place is great; however, it took more than 60 minutes to check-in. Not exaggerating, there at least 200 people in front of us and by the time we left, more than an hour later, there were at least 100 left. Other than that, everything else is excellent.

We stayed In a very old building in which the AC did not work the first night, there were no outlets by the head of the bed and the ones at the foot were so worn out that a plug wouldn’t stay in, there were no curtains on the bedroom window that looked out into the walkway between rooms, the shower pressure was so poor you had to lean on the wall to wash, and shower curtain had mold on it. Half the property was closed for renovations which was not communicated during booking. The Mexican restaurant had some of the worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten and when we tried to go to the Italian restaurant despite it being empty they couldn’t sit a party of 2 due to lack of servers. We got harassed into a time share presentation where they were incredibly pushy and rude when we declined. Would not stay here again.

We originally booked this property with the intent to use the Waterpark i was told at the time of booking that the Waterpark would be open on Saturday. Then after i checked in i was told its still down and will not open due to issues. However we was able to use the over crowded pools.

We liked the property. Clean and the staff were great. Disappointed that know of the pool bar/refreshments were not open and water park was closed for maintenance but did not let anyone who booked. Gym was nice but most tv's and some equiptement out of order.

I chose to stay here again because i enjoyed the waterpark 2 years ago . However it was closed during my stay. Had i wolud have known that i would have staed a t another hotel with only a pool to offer. Also, i don't appreciate not having room service. I was not told at check in that these services are only provided ypon request. If im paying for a service i expect to get it. What is the reason for paying a resort fee? I booked through expedia. You guys should inform them that the waterpark was closed. I should have to call to request towels , if i booked for 3 days 2 people only had 3 towels in the room . That is unacceptable.
