Just like every other Margarittaville that we stayed. A little pricey but worth it.

It was cozy and nice looking. The peoplebyhere like to keep there entertaiment blaring and staff usually takes over an hour to send secudrity. Towels gave me ring worm. Nasty sheets under black light. Bring your own covers. Not family friendly

The air conditioning in the room did not work. I complained at the reception and no one ever came to see what was going on. They did not even offer to change rooms. At no time did they acknowledge my reservation through Expidia, they did not give me any discount or upgrade the room.

Worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had. This is supposed to be a world class resort and was the complete opposite. First check in is @4. I’m in like 3:45 they said to come back and Stand in line when when it’s 4. After waiting in line again for 45 min because the line was backed up after coming right back 15 min later. I’m told room isn’t ready. Wait for a text & shouldn’t be long they said. But they not sure when it would be ready. I come back 6pm still neve received A text out room was ready. Went back in line again line was backed up waited again 30 min then i finally get to the receptionist and I’m told room still isn’t ready & they don’t have an idea when it would be ready. This is now 7pm. We asked to cancel and refund they said their policy doesn’t allow that. We didn’t get checked into a room until 8:15pm! When check in is at 4. I mean ridiculous. & we have to check out by 11 next day. We didn’t. Get to enjoy any of the resort because it was late and everything was closed. I will have stay at any margarittaville hotel or food restaurant ever!!

Hello Kelvyn,I am so sorry that this occurred as it should not have happened. I am not sure if you spoke to our Manager Edward Lang while you were here as we at least could have honored the late check out. or extended a night.
