"The outdoor bar at our pool wasn’t open the whole week. The Florida water stinks, our bathroom stunk like it. Extra blankets in room stunk, didn’t smell clean. The room was nice and spacious and mostly clean. Pool and hot tub were great. The waterpark was nice but we only had an hour to go as they are only open 11-5 and still got charged full price to go to it. Overall stay was nice. "

"The room that was pictured that I booked looked assume the one I got was dated and didn’t resemble the picture shown in the Expedia ad. There was a picture in the room explaining that housekeeping was every three days. We stayed four days never had our room cleaned at all. took out our own garbage and hunted down towels and toilet paper. Good location pool was nice comfortable chairs. Breakfast was a zoo but it is a family oriented facility. "

"We loved the location and walk ability to restaurants and shops. We loved the pools! We did not appreciate the minimal towels and toilet paper but we did appreciate the in cottage laundry."

"It's a good hotel with ample parking. Very close to Disney world, 15 min drive. Nice lawn in front of the lake. Depends on the room placement of course but we were able to enjoy fireworks every night."
