"This us the 3rd time we have stayed. We are usually in an appartment in the hall itself and have always had a fantastic time. I was abit disappointed that we weren't staying in the hall this time but as it turned out we still had the best time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. "All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"Lovely helpful staff on the phone. Easy to find with free parking right in front. Easy to get in and out. Quiet and clean with all the extras you dont always expect. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice and Warm- once we figured out how to turn on the heating! Comfortable cozy bed. Great shower. Just didnt know what soap was for what! Place was right across the street from the Tram and the beach. "

"The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror. Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk. We will use again "

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. "

"The staff are a credit to the hotel, it was reading previous reviews about them which was the deciding factor for us in staying at this hotel, i can honestly say everybody was lovely. beds were nicely comfortable. Breakfast had plently of choices. Trams outside the front door. We would happily stay here again when we visit in the summer."
