Excellent, felt like home!

Great Experience with Mud Onsen
Posted 19 Nov 2019 on HotelsWe booked a cottage which was very far from the hotel but the hotel provided shuttle service which was very fast and convenient.
Overall nice environment. Great experience in the Mud Onsen as there was a very helpful lady who guided us through the whole process by teaching us what to do. It was so fun and we had a great time there.

Room and building need renovations, hot spring OK particularly the mud mask. Food quality especially the dinner was not attractive.

Like - hot spring facilities, cleaning, garden view.
Dislike - no basin inside my room for face washing and tooth brushing.

The hotel is too old. The public hot spring area is sooooo old. Some ppl might like it but not for me. Also, it’s quite far from city. U need to drive up and down the mountain!
