"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect. "I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. The buffet breakfast and dinner was huge and the beds were really comfortable. I drove here so no idea on public transportation but parking was easy and I highly recommend!"
