"In terms of location was great, pyramids view and not too far from visiting pyramids and also not too far from Cairo. Staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful Breakfast was great, very traditional and home made meals Just some facilities like hot water, bathrooms towels weren’t clean! "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"We had a great stay. Staff was super sweet, however the hot tub/bath tub, was a major let down. It never had hot water and took almost two hours to fill. We tried to fill it 4 different times and always had the same problem. One night we even committed to waiting but by the time the slightly warm water finally filled the whole tub, it was cold. So we didn’t use it (which was a major reason I booked the room) Still the hotel and restaurant was very nice and the view was amazing. "

"Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...
