There is a serious sewage issue that causes the rooms to smell pretty bad. The smell is sometimes unbearable and should be addressed immediately. There also seem to be some issue with the AC not being turned on, especially in the gym. This hotel is top notch and should look into fixing those issues as soon as possible.

I stayed at the Hilton for a few days and was generally satisfied with my experience. The customer service was good, and the staff had a strong command of the English language. The breakfast offered was enjoyable, and the light lunch on the 4th floor was also satisfactory.

A good hotel in Kinshasa

Overall a good stay however my check in was delayed front office didn’t know how to handle it . Breakfast was nice and diner too service received on the pool bar by the lovely manager was awesome . Will defo comeback

My stay at Hilton Kinshasa was wonderful, the Hotel was really clean and the staff were very helpful and quick to assist. A big shout out to the staff on the 4th floor terrace/bar, especially Giselle, Yolande and Elvis for they good manners and customer care

Beautiful hotel. Food is not varied enough and way overpriced with over-reliance on buffets. I asked for pondu as a side dish for my child and the only way to get it was by paying 50 dollars for the entire buffet. Laundry for a few items was 165 dollars. Conference rooms were very convenient for business meetings. Outdoor areas were very nice and staff friendly and competent.
