Very clean,quiet at night .room compact .
Parking was a bonus. Town centre a short walk

The route into the property coming from the nearest Metro station is via some concrete stairs through an underground carpark. At night this could be intimidating as we encountered several individuals/groups in the area. I stress nothing happened but it didnt make a good impression.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No hairdryer. Very basic and states on their website there’s a gym but there isn’t. Came in from a long night and asked reception if it would be ok to make a cup of tea. Tried to charge us £2 for a tiny cup. Staff not very friendly and will not be returning. Claims to be a Budget hotel but the price is not that cheap and they do not have even the most basic of facilities within the rooms.

We do not advise there is a gym as we are a budget hotel. We have basic facilities again as we are a budget property. The price is reflective of the day of the week and the events on within the city, we always remain cheapest in Glasgow. We hope you will allow us a second chance in the future to improve,
