The room smelled like smoke all night.Someone was moving all night upstairs, sounded like they were running around.We checked out a day earlier.Hoping to get a refund.

Please do not, under any circumstances book a room at this Quality Inn. The bathroom shower did not have a functioning shower curtain. There was no. soap in the amenities tray. When I went to call the front desk about how to operate the television, the telephone was dead. I checked the connection cable and there was none. There was no cable tonplig intobthe wall. When I approached the manager in the hallway, he told me I could use my cellphone. I thought I was in an alternate reality. I said suppose someone was in the room being attacked and tried to call the front desk, how would they get help? He then said I could leave and he would refund me my money. I just walked away in disgust. This was a new low in customer service. .

Has Roach infestation, no towels and phone wasn't working.
