The key card didn't work. The tissue box is nearly empty, we took 2 tissues and then it is out.

We had very bad experience while stay there. I would say Strata hotel is one of the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. Poor service, not friendly staff, very very small rooms, bad smells, stains on pillowcases and bedsheets, not enough lights in room, ridiculous shower made for only kids not for adults. No information provided upon check in where to go, where to park, what is wifi password. Nothing, expensive for nothing. I would highly recommend to everyone do not book this hotel, you will not enjoy your stay at all. TERRIBLE HOTEL

Room could use a full lengh mirror in the bedroom area. There was only 1 mirror and you had to go to the bathroom. The room could also use an extra lounge chair in the room.
The TV could have been better quality picture.

Good location. Friendly staff at reception. Quite modern. Large lobby with evidence of bar and food service, just not while we were there.
