I had a bit of difficulty finding this place. Firstly, this apartment is not in New Kingston, but rather in a place called "Mona". Therefore, the name is slightly misleading.
I booked this location and was eventually moved to another location, which was quite nice in the end, however, the security that is at the gate for this apartment complex needs to be aware that there may be guests checking in here that booked through Expedia. The security had NO IDEA who I was and did not let me in. I had to contact the property manager to assist.
The location I stayed at (was relocated to) was quite nice, very clean so there were no complaints there.

Thanks for the review. It is very disappointing that after going over and beyond we did not achieve the high marks we hoped for. This guest booked a reservation for an apartment with a check-in time of 3pm or after. The guest showed up at 8:45am. The security guard who changes shift at 2pm did not have the guest name on the access list as the guest was not expected until 3pm or after. This guest name would have been given to the guard who comes to work at noon. There was a no apartment available at 8:45am. We relocated this gentleman to an apartment which cost 70% more, but at no cost to him just because we did not want to turn the guest away. We are still a little shocked by the review. We spent 3 days trying to get a hold of the guest prior to his arrival and he admittedly ignored the calls because he did not know who it was. The check-in instructions request the guest call the manager prior to arrival, this was completely ignored by the guest. This is a very strange review coming from a guest who admittedly was very well taken care of, enjoyed his stay at the property. Regarding the location of the property, New Kingston city limits are clearly defined by the Jamaica Government. Please look at the google map and decide for yourself if this is a New Kingston property of not. Again, we are still in shock.

the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked.
treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating.
AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom.
Could see some mountain view.

Thanks for the review. May spent two days with us and we thought we provided adequate linens welcome gift and "TP" for two days. If May requested "TP" of anything within our grasp it surely would have been provided promptly as we aim to please. It idid not make sense putting two very small units when we could do the same job with one large AC unit. The AC is sized to cool the entire one bedroom apartment. I don't think May is saying the apartment was hot because it is often the opposite. Treadmill belong to the gym and not to the apartment. We will email the owner but we lack control over the treadmill. Thanks again for the honest review.

Nice apartment community close to the necessities

Pros: Location, cleanliness, quiet, security
The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance.
Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.

Pros: Great location, the place is well kept, security is present.
Cons: No comment.
Location: Close to many Shopping and Business places, Central for Vacationers.
Just Super, the Staff was the best, she is a people person, and others will know about it for sure.

Pros: it was secure and very nice.
Cons: the extra charges, and the supply of, the advertised, breakfast meal. they brought some in on my first day and then nothing after that.
Location: the location was perfect but I did not go there to enjoy things near-by.
the extra charges was a shock, but the property was secure and very nice.
it was well positioned for the shops, buses and walking.
there was space for parking cars and visitors were well attended by the security staff.
overall I had a marvellous and wonderful time.

Pros: Very helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing really. Maybe more comforters on the bed. For people coming from the US, it's customary to have heavy comforters. But it's the tropics.
Location: This apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to grocery stores, the university and route taxes and buses.
I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. Also, I was concerned about mosquitos, but the apartment is set up so that they basically can't get it. It's great. I recommend.
