"Overall very good towards end of stay. Some of the front desk staff was exceptional. Thanks for organizing the fruit dish for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast staff was only attentive to certain type of people and ignore all others. The staff assigned to Dinner and breakfast before check out was excellent. Just the way we were treated when we first reserved 5 yrs ago. We were disappointed in the closure of the sky lounge and pool bar. There was no communication of this prior to booking. "

"This hotel was very nice and clean, excellent staff. The only part I did not like was that it does not come with breakfast. You must pay $18 per person every day for breakfast which I have never heard of before. It got quite expensive but there aren't a ton of other options unless you want Juici Patti for breakfast and don't mind walking a few blocks to get to it. "Upon arriving, we checked into, and check in was pleasant. However, when we went to the room, we were greeted with cobwebs, dirty floors, counters, bathroom toilet that did not work, and no hot water. We asked for another room, but was told that "there was no guaurantee that those rooms were cleaned."
