I arrived at the property and was informed that due to a scheduling system glitch, they had been overbooked. However, an alternative accommodation was already ready for me at one of their other locations. I was personally escorted and it was ensured that I was comfortable with the property and the last minute change. Eventuality remains a top choice for their impeccable service!

From booking to check out, the process was flawless. Sherese understood that situations may arise and I was able to check-in after the time I said I would be there.
