We are a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in this property. Breakable was decent with all necessary and healthy options. All the staffs were friendly and always smiling. Room was spacious with all the required amenities. Would love to stay again

It’s the right price. It’s an older hotel that’s been refurbished a bit not fancy but in a good location and pretty nice.

The hitel is clean. Old building with updated rooms. There was a significant gap between the door and door frame. I could hear everything out in the hall and most of what was going on in neighbouring rooms. The fitted sheets were not a good fit and kept slipping off the mattress which was annoying overnight.

Well priced. Amenities are good and breakfast was convenient. Not much selection but fine for breakfast. Carpet in our room had a big stain on it. Would be better if there was no carpet and laminate or tile instead. Or carpet get washed.

Easy to book, Staff were helpful as I needed 2 additional hours since my scheduled oil change took 3 hours longer than was told.

check before you book - there was a hockey team booked and they were very noisy very late into the night - 1am - then kids were up at 6 running down the hallways. staff tried to settle them down but it didnt work

Nice hotel for a one-night stop along 401, but with two things need to improve - the bedsheets have some remaining cigarette smell and the ventilation system is really noisy and keeps on sending out cold air even the control button is switched to “Heat”. It’s really hard to go to sleep with the loud noise and the cold wind continuously sweeping over my face, so I had to plug out the power at mid-night to secure a few hours of sleeping.

Parking is included. Hot tub and thevpool were both nicely heated. Our room was modern and clean. Tv quality was great. (Needs to have settings adjusted) breakfast was very good. All the staff seemed to be friendly and helpful.

When we arrive after 10pm we were looking forward to relaxing in our room and instead we were met by a dirty room and the majority of the lights did not work. I understand stuff happens no big deal I went to front desk to ask for another room but they did not want to provide one. There only option was have us leave the room while they clean it and fix lights? The hotel was no where near sold out, I could not understand why they wanted to escalate the situation.
