Staff wonderful. Beds really comfortable. Fan on heater very loud. We would have appreciated actual mugs for coffee as Styrofoam cups are tippy and mug could have been used in the microwave for tea.

Parking my SUV in the parking garage during renos was fine. Check-in was fast and smooth. I was in awe when I saw my room, soooooo nice! The closet smelled brand new as if never used. Bathroom clean.
