The ceiling was falling apart, and the mattress was really worn down.
It was clean though

It suits me because of a work trip I do once a quarter. The bed is clean and comfortable. The room fills the need.
Only one small downside - I couldn't find a bedside powerpoint for my CPAP.

No hot water in my room

not sure what happened there, the hot water can take a little time to come thru, Apologies for your inconvenience but all has been checked and there is hot water in all rooms, thanks for letting us know

Fantastic room for the price. I was able to take a large family and we all fit very comfortably.
