Stayed in room 340 coulndt take shower water either scalding hot or cold no in-between the guy working desk refused to come check it out give me other room or anything and said nobody else complained. Then when left there was a woman at desk

For 15 years I have hosted family and friends who come to visit me by making and paying for their rooms at this facility. As I was checking in my visiting family, the staff demanded an additional $100.00 per room because I live locally. Rude and totally unacceptable.

Dear Guest, thank you for staying with us. The 100 was deposit only, and that is also called incidental deposit that is required by ALL the guests per the hotel policy. That was NOT an additional charge. You can call us if you need further clarification. Our staff is highly trained and professional. Any feedback we take seriously.

Wish there was pet waste station on the property, maybe even a area for dogs to go potty

Thankfully Perkins Restaurant does allow us to use their grassy area for our fur babies. I always advise our guest to right directly in front of the windows. We look forward to your next stay.
