Love the pool and room are cute enough. Day staff is rude .night staff was fantastic and friendly. Was not told this hotel was going through renovations. So no sleep..noisy.. and very bad on customer service on trying to help fix the problem. Or acknowledging that that things were wrong. Also breakfast was out up early so that was not happening either

The room was dirty. The hot tub was extremely cloudy and looked gross. Bed was not comfortable. But it was a safe spot to crash for the night and the staff was nice and the service was quick. The tv was nice. Some of the outlets didnt work

We booked multiple rooms for my family and extended family to evacuate. Unfortunately there were no other hotels to switch otherwise we would have left immediately. The hotel room was dirty and took about an hour to clean to make it a basic level of clean for our two small children. The door didn’t lock right and the peephole wasn’t functional. The towels and sheets were stained. The room required a dehumidifier to be comfortable, and we had to empty it twice a day. The room and hallways had a horrible smell that they tried to mask with a stronger awful spray. The back door of the hotel to access the parking lot didn’t lock so anyone could come and go. Staff smoked outside the door regularly. The desk staff wasn’t friendly and was confused by our reservation. We didn’t try the breakfast because based on the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel, we didn’t trust the food they put out. The location was good and convenient to the highway and the few local restaurants.

The staff of this hotel bends over backwards to be courteous and helpful. We are from PA and we travel to Florida several times a year. We always stay here on our way.
