It needs maintenance. The lock on the door was broken, the lights over the bed did not work. The floor was dirty. However, the rest of the room was clean. The staff was helpful and said they would see that the lock and lights were fixed.

Loud ass residents outside my room talking and coughing and smoking all god damn night and at the crack of dawn...and then again at 9:30 am. I didnt sleep at all. The front desk placed me in a room next door to people that live at the hotel and believe the area in front of their room was their porch.

homeless people around parking lot,one still something from inside my truck.(My bad,I leave the door unlocked for 5 minutes while i was checking out)

Multiple obvious long term stays felt like a low income apt complex.

I was treated very nicely by a very helpful employee when I registered. Parking was very good, and the room was updated and nice - but: no table and not one chair? Very inconvenient for emailing and eating. Everything has to be done on my lap. Not good or comfortable that way.
