Staff friendly. Toilet leaked, carpet and chair old and dirty, paint peeling, outlets not working, furniture old and raggedy.

This property is very tired. Carpets need cleaning, bathroom in sad shape. Microwave missing glass plate.

Our stay on this property was discusting and fulled with people that were rude and not sorry at all for our experiece. Found a bed bug alerted the manager who took there sweet time sending somemore rude and incompetent people to tell me were lieing and stupidthat what we didnt know what we were talking about

I didbt like how im not able to know if a hotels pool is open or not. My family only picked Days Im because on Expedia app it said pool. . Which it was closed. Also on the Expedia app it said breakfast included. Which was a joke. Only ceral and coffee. I believe this is false adversitment.

No toilet paper in the bathroom. Stains on sheets from bed bugs being squished. We didn’t find any living bed bugs, nor dead ones, though.
