Michelle, we would have appreciated some specifics, so we would know which areas you felt needed improvement. We are an older building, but strive to be the cleanest and friendliest in the area and our rates are quite a bit lower than the larger resort since we do not have as many amenities.

Stayed on a Monday, room was noisy and nothing was open. Premium price charged because of location but nothing else was Premium. I will not stay there again

I am sorry to hear that your room was noisy although a description of what seemed to be causing unwanted noise would have been helpful. Regarding businesses in the area being closed, we do not have any power over that. We do, however, provide to all of our guests a list of restaurants in the area with hours and contact information, so they know what is available. There are two restaurants that are open on Mondays for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you did have a few options plus a lovely grocery store at the bottom of the mountain.
