To start off, I was not expecting the Grand Marque of Hotels when i booked this property, I did book on short notice . That being said! This property show's it age, Exit doors to the rear of the hotel at bottom of the stairs propped open with rocks, the room was adequate however, the floor in the bathroom the tiles are coming up, the phone would not stay plugged in to call front desk, the electrical sockets would not hold the plug for the phone chargers the Wall AC/Heating unit runs constantly the room was either a freezer or a Sauna very little adjustment.
On Friday night Saturday morning police were called to remove a guest that was causing issues arguing and yelling this went on from 11pm until 3am saturday morning when he was removed by police officers. constant noise from doors being shut and people just talking in the hall (Thin walls). A bright side was that the Staff was polite and courteous. The area has promise and is being built up this hotel needs an upgrade.
