Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room towels had stains, room lacked amenities, and room door had an imperfect seal.

The room was dirty, hair on the back of the toilet, dirty spots on the floor. Stains on the bedding. The towels didn't look great either which made me decide not to take a shower. We were in a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke in there. Mini fridge didn't look clean inside, wasn't sure if it was rust or mold. Didn't want to find out.
