We had to switch to different rooms as the first assigned one was that the lights were out of order, and the second one were sinker leaking.

Extremely dirty. Saw hai on pillow upon checking. Mold on bathroom soap dish. Dirty bathroom floor. Laundry machine did not work. Property manager gave hard time. Towels were dirty and worn out. We were three and gave only two towels. Upon complaint they said we can leave and look for another place. It was late at night. We decided to stay. Bathroom toilet bowl dirty. I asked to come and clean, they asked us to clean by ourselves. They gave cleaner and dirty looking nepkin to me to clean by myself.

The towels were old and dirty. There were cochroachs in the bathroom. I did use some towels after i showered and left them on the bathroom floor thinking they would take them and give me clean one, but they picked them up and folded them up and put them on the counter.

The staff was really helpful. However, around 6 am there was a lot of noise from a group of men just talking. Then again around 8 am with construction noises.

Thicker blankets would be better. Other than that, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are awesome
